Introduction
The FMT Overview
display the overall data of strain proportion alteration in Fecal Microbiota Transplantation process. Each sample has a bar plot representing the strain proportion of each species. The different color of bar plot reflects different strains. The heatmap in the bottom displays the species metadata.

- The first column is the species. The column name doesn't matter. You may add as many meta features as you like.

Double click the title text in the center and add your title. - Tooltips
Hover on the bar or meta grid and a info tooltip will show. - Download
One SVG file will be generated when theDownload Chart
button is clicked.
Editor Functions
Files
- Manage Files: checklist of files uploaded previously, delete or download files.
- Upload: upload files. Note that the duplicated file name will be alerted and given a random postfix.
- Choose: choose files uploaded previously.
General::Common
- Bar width: input a value to adjust the bar width and meta grid width.
- Strain plot height: input a value to adjust the bar height.
- Label rotation angle: input a value to adjust the species label rotation angle.
- Italic label: check the checkbox to draw italic species labels.
- Reorder sample: drag the sample labels to reorder them.
General::Species
- Reorder Species: add sorting criteria of metadata to reorder the species, click use default to restore.
- Reorder Species Manually: drag the species labels to reorder the species manually.
- Filter Species: uncheck the unwanted species labels to hide them.
- Highlight Species: check the species labels you want to highlight to draw the labels in red.
- Show ordered species list: check the ordered species.
Meta Panel
- Settings: drag to reorder the metadata categories, set colors for the categories.
- Reorder: drag to reorder the metadata.
